My name is Jesus Lopez Cortes. I have lived and worked in the Valley for over 26 years. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and building professionals, gaining valuable experience in design, construction, and project coordination.

I founded JL Design-Build & CA Consultant to provide personalized service to homeowners, business owners, and developers who may not receive the attention they deserve from larger firms focused on major projects. • Weekly material verification

• Weekly project reports

• Weekly site meetings

• Weekly project updates

• Coordination of site visits with subcontractors

• Budget review and verification with owners

• Review and approval or rejection of proposed changes

• Coordination of workforce attendance and scheduling issues

• Development of project schedules and completion timelines

• Coordination with building departments throughout the inspection process

• Documentation and approval of changes through Change Notices and Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Workload coordination among contractors and subcontractors

• Assistance through project completion, including obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy
